The Bank of Russia made a decision on state registration of NBCO "UCS" LLC (Moscow) and the issuance of a license to it to carry out banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency for settlement non-banking credit institutions.
The press-office of the Bank of Russia informed that the license will be issued after payment of the charter capital of NBCO "UCS" LLC.
On November 12, 2021, the Federal Tax Service of Russia in Moscow made an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the state registration of the non-banking credit organization (main state registration number 1217700542344).
NBCO "UCS" LLC was established by UCS JSC - a processing company offering products and services in the field of cashless payments.
The main activity of NBCO "UCS" LLC will be the provision of trade and Internet acquiring services for merchants.
Jon Bayliss, the General Director of UCS, commented the foundation of NBCO as follows: “The creation of UCS NBCO marks the start of a new chapter in the long history of UCS. There are exciting times ahead as we develop our new services for the Russian market"
